Vendemmia: The grape varieties are harvested from mid August until the first days in September.

Vinification: Removal of grape stalks, soft pressing, static decantation, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, stabilization with refrigeration.

Refermentation: long Charmat Method (refining for 4 months on the dregs)

Refinement: in bottles for 3 months 

Alcohol Content: 10.5%

Serving Temperature: 6-8°C
