Type of Vine: Sangiovese 100%

Vinification: hand picked, removal of grape stalks and wine pressing, fermentation at controled temperature with maceration for 10 days in steel. When the fermentation is terminated, 50% of the wine will be decanted into French durmast barrels for the second and third passage and for the remaining 50% into stainless steel tanks to perform naturally the malolactic fermentation.

Ageing: 12 months in French barrels and in stainless steel tanks

Refinement: in bottles for 6 months 

Alcohol Content: 13.0%

Serving Temperature: 16-18°C
