Vinification: hand picked, removal of grape stalks-pressing, maceration for 20 days. When the alcoholic fermentation has finished, the wine is transferred into French durmast barrels, to complete naturally the malolactic fermantation.
Ageing: 18 months in French barrels
Refinement: 12 months in bottle
Alcohol Content: 13.5%
